WHAT DOES TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED STORAGE MEAN?

Temperature-controlled facilities combine use of high-quality HVAC systems, dehumidifiers, and thermostats to ensure your items are maintained at a steady temperature. Climate-controlled units are typically kept between 55° F and 85° F year-round to protect items that could be damaged by extreme temperatures. The risk of rust and corrosion, yellowing, mildew, mold, vermin infestation and warping are highly minimized in temperature-controlled storage.

HOW DO I RENT A UNIT?

You have to go to the location you are looking to rent a Unit to set it up. If the location has a kiosk you can set your unit up at the kiosk at any time. If it does not have a kiosk then you have to go during staffed hours. Our hwy12 & 19 location is by appointment only. You have to call the office to set up a time to meet with a manager.

HOW DO I RESERVE A UNIT?

There are a couple of ways you can reserve a unit. You can call us at 608-351-3030 Monday through Friday 9am-5pm to reserve a unit over the phone. You can stop into each location and reserve the unit with the onsite manager during business hours. If the location has a kiosk you can reserve it at the kiosk and you can also reserve them on our website.

WHAT IS TRADITIONAL STORAGE?

Traditional storage is just as it sounds. A secure basic type storage space is located inside of a facility. It’s not heated or climate-controlled. Very economically priced.

WHAT IS TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED INTERIOR ACCESS STORAGE?

This type of unit is in a temperature-controlled facility in which you access/move-in/move out of the unit from inside a facility.

MOVE OUT POLICY

Your move out is not prorated. You will want to be out by the 30th/31st of the month you wish to end your contract. Remove all items, sweep out your unit and take your lock and Key with you. If we have to remove items from your unit or cut your lock you will be charged.
